Homeless Jobs Development Program

The Matt Urban Hope Center developed a Job Training program for formerly homeless individuals. They work a minimum of 9 hours per week and receive a small monthly stipend for their labor. They can be in the program for a period of 6-18 months. While in the program they learn marketable skills that will assist them find employment in the private sector.
How can you help??
- Consider sponsoring a formerly individual in the Job Training Program. The cost is $1,080 for a year, and $600 for six months.
- Consider becoming a ‘host worksite”, where a formerly homeless individual would work a minimum of 9 hours per week. The cost would be covered for six months, and the host worksite would assume payments.
- Hire a graduate from our program!!!
