Our Homeless Outreach Team's goal is to engage with unsheltered homeless and assist them secure benefits and services necessary to obtain and sustain safe, decent and affordable housing. Our team regularly visits homeless camps in the City of Buffalo and participates on the Mayor's Clean Sweep Initiative.
